Contractor CRM, built for Florida
The CRM built around Florida permit work.
Most contractor CRMs track the sale and treat the permit as an afterthought. In Florida the permit is what decides whether the job starts, whether the draw releases, and whether the license survives the year. So we built the pipeline around it.

Straight answers.
- Is FL Permit Pay a CRM?
- Yes. It holds leads, customer records, a job pipeline with stages, proposals with e-signature, two-way customer email, commission tracking, and workflow automations. What makes it different is that the permit and compliance record sits on the same job, instead of in a separate system.
- How is this different from AccuLynx or JobNimbus?
- Those are national roofing CRMs. FL Permit Pay is built only for Florida, so the permit review clock, Chapter 713 lien deadlines, DBPR license renewals, and WH-347 certified payroll are first-class records rather than custom fields you maintain yourself.
- Can I move my existing customers and jobs in?
- Yes. FL Permit Pay imports customer, job, and pricing records, including a Roofr jobs and catalog CSV import. See the integrations page for what is connected today and what is still planned.
- Does FL Permit Pay file permits with my county for me?
- No. FL Permit Pay tracks permit status, dates, inspections, and documents, and provides sourced pre-check guidance. Filing with the authority stays manual and stays with your team.
- Do you hold my money?
- No. FL Permit Pay prepares pay applications and payment requests, and payment processing runs through Stripe with your organization as the merchant of record. FL Permit Pay is never the holder of funds.
