If your crew works jobs paid with government money, this is the Friday it saves you. The law wants a signed weekly wage form, and the WH-347 builds itself from the hours you already approved.     Verify crew time

    A draft takes only the hours the office checked, for the job and the seven days you picked.

  2. Step 2

    Set how each worker is paid

    Hourly workers get a worker type your company sets up. Commission-only reps log no hours, so they never land on a WH-347.

  3. Step 3

    Review base pay, fringe, and the total

    Fringe is the extra per hour for benefits, paid as cash or into a plan. Each worker type holds a pay class name and the trade if you use one. It holds the base rate, the fringe rate, and whether fringe is cash or a plan.

  4. Step 4

    Review the draft form

    The signer reads the deductions and what they are signing. Then the record moves from draft to sent.
