Which one am I? A roofer with a crew takes Operator at $399 a month. That is the plan with certified payroll, progress billing, texts and the price book. Permit & Compliance at $149 covers permits, aerial takeoff and lien dates. Put the whole crew on either one. Nobody pays per person.
What does it cost?
Permit & Compliance is $149 a month. Operator is $399 a month. Enterprise is the one plan we quote, because its limits are set to your volume. Both are bought online, at the price on the pricing page.
Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. Sign up, pick a plan, pay online. Nobody has to call you first, and there is no demo you have to sit through.
Do you charge per user?
No. Each plan is priced per company. Put the office and the whole crew on it.
What is in the trial?
14 days of Operator without Permit Hub, with half of Operator's Flori credits and aerial reports, and no card. Permits and the county review clock are not in the trial. They come with every paid plan, from Permit & Compliance at $149 a month.
What happens when the trial ends?
There is no card on file, so nothing is charged. The Operator features stop until you pick a plan.
Is anything metered?
Yes. Each plan includes an allowance of every metered thing below, and each plan's own page prints the price past it. Metered overage billing is not switched on yet, so going past an allowance does not charge your card today.

Yes, for customers, jobs, and your price book. The importer takes a CSV, shows you the source rows, and lets you check the field mapping before a single record is created. There is a dedicated Roofr jobs and catalog import.
Is every feature and integration on the pricing page live today?
No, and the pricing page says so plainly: included, metered, setup-required, access-gated, and planned are separate labels. ABC Supply connects for catalog search at your branch's own prices. QXO is built and being tested with QXO, and contractors cannot use it yet. SRS is not built yet.

Who has to send a Notice to Owner in Florida?
Anyone who did not sign the contract with the owner. Subs, their subs, and suppliers who signed with someone below the owner (Fla. Stat. § 713.06(2)(a)). Laborers are exempt. And if you signed with the owner yourself, this is not you: you do not serve one, because the owner already knows you.

It runs from your first furnishing. That is your first day of labor, services or materials on the job, not the overall project start and not your last day of work (Fla. Stat. § 713.06(2)(a)). When does my Florida contractor license expire?

Does Florida cap how much retainage a contractor can hold back?
Public work: 5%, set by state (Fla. Stat. § 255.078, over $200,000) and local government (§ 218.735, over $200,000). Private work: whatever the contract says (§ 715.12). Not legal advice. Confirm against your contract. Check conflicting federal funding rules, FDOT contracts under Ch. 337, and older contracts covered by pre-October 2020 rules.

20 business days after a proper invoice on local-government work, 25 if a third party approves it, and you pay subs within 10 days of getting the money (Fla. Stat. § 218.735). Your contract defines a proper invoice.

No. Florida has no prevailing-wage law. WH-347 shows up only when federal money is on the job (Davis-Bacon, contracts over $2,000). Confirm the funding source rather than assuming.
