SMS program terms
FL Permit Pay sends text messages on behalf of your contractor about work you have with them: appointment reminders, schedule changes, job status, and documents that need your attention.
Consent
You receive texts only after you agree to them - by checking the text-updates option when reviewing a proposal, or by giving your contractor your mobile number and asking for updates. Your consent is recorded with a timestamp. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your project's activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Messages are sent during reasonable local hours.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts - the stop takes effect immediately and is checked before every send. Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@flpermitpay.com.
Carriers and privacy
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy. Your number and consent records are never sold or shared for marketing.
