The trial is the big plan for 14 days. You get everything in Operator with half the monthly limits: unlimited seats, 2,500 Flori credits, 15 aerial reports. No card, we will not start charging you, and the work you do in it stays yours.
When a busy month outruns the plan
What a Flori credit is
Flori is the office assistant built into every screen. It costs credits when it works for you. That means drafting a proposal, answering a question about a job, or running an automation. A short back and forth is about one credit. A long document costs more. Permit & Compliance comes with 500 credits a month. Operator comes with 5,000. If you run out, extra credits cost 2 cents each on Permit & Compliance and 1.5 cents on Operator. What you buy carries over and never runs out.
How aerial reports work today
An aerial report measures a roof from the job’s address. It uses public LiDAR that we have checked, and it takes about a minute. You get squares, pitch, facets and waste. It costs one report from your monthly count. Where LiDAR is thin, you order the measurement instead, and it still lands on the same job. Reports are not fully automatic everywhere yet, and we say so. You can also bring in a roof report you already bought. It can come from EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Vexcel or Nearmap, and it is free - an import never spends an aerial report.
Which plan a roofer with a crew takes
Got a crew and you send proposals? Take Operator. It has certified payroll and progress billing. It has texts, automations and QuickBooks export. Permit & Compliance at $149covers permits, aerial takeoff and lien dates. Nothing else. Taking the homeowner’s payment online is on Operator, and it needs your own Stripe setup first. The money goes straight to your account. We never hold it.
What happens to your work if you leave
Ask for your data and we build you a zip. Inside are your records as spreadsheets, the same rows again as data files, and the actual photos and documents. A README says what is in it, and what is missing and why. The link lasts 7 days. An owner or an admin can ask.
Busy month? Top up without changing plans.
Already paying for separate apps?
Add up what the usual setup costs.
A common Florida roofing setup is a photo app, a roofing sales tool, and a CRM. Their own published prices add up before permits, compliance, or certified payroll are handled anywhere.
