The trial
Operator without Permit Hub, for 14 days. You get everything in Operator except Permit Hub, with half of Operator’s Flori credits and aerial reports: 2,500 credits and 15 reports. Seats are unlimited, and texts and storage match Operator. Permit Hub and its HB 803 clock open when you pick a plan. No card, so nothing can be charged, and the work you do in it stays yours.
A Flori credit
Flori, the office assistant, spends credits when it works for you: drafting a proposal, answering a job question, running an automation. A short back and forth is about one credit. Permit & Compliance includes 500 a month, Operator 5,000.
Aerial roof reports
Measured from the job’s address with public LiDAR we have checked: squares, pitch, facets, waste. Reports are not fully automatic everywhere yet, so where LiDAR is thin you order the measurement. You can also bring in a roof report you already bought (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Vexcel, Nearmap), and an import never spends an aerial report.
Which plan a roofer with a crew takes
With a crew and proposals going out, take Operator: certified payroll, progress billing, texting, automations and QuickBooks export. Permit & Compliance covers permits and the HB 803 clock, lien dates, the license and insurance vault, job photos and documents, basic proposals and aerial takeoff.

An owner or admin asks, and we build a zip: every record as a spreadsheet and a data file, the actual photos and documents, and a README of what is in it and what is missing. The link lasts 7 days.

Do I have to talk to a salesperson to buy?

No. Both plans and the top-up packs are priced on this page, the trial costs nothing, and each plan's overage rates are on its own plan page. Start the trial, and when you are ready an owner picks a plan and pays by card on the billing page inside the app. You never need a call or a demo to see a price or to buy.

Two things are priced off this page. Enterprise, for contractors running several companies, is the one plan that starts with a conversation, because its limits are set to your volume. Permit Hub sold on its own has its prices on its own page.

What Enterprise includes

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. Signing up starts 14 days of Operator without Permit Hub, with half of Operator's Flori credits and aerial reports. We never ask for a card, so the trial cannot turn into a charge and there is nothing to cancel.

What happens when the 14 days run out?

Your company goes read-only. Every job, customer, photo and document stays where it is, and nothing is deleted. Pick a plan to start adding work again, or take a copy of your data.

Do I pay for each person who uses it?

No. Each plan is one price for the company, and every plan has unlimited seats. Put the office, the crew leads and your qualifier on it for the same money.

Is there a long-term contract? Can I cancel?

No long-term contract. A plan renews each month, or each year if you pay yearly, until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, money already paid is not refunded.

What if a busy month runs past my plan?

Buy a top-off pack of Flori credits or aerial reports from inside the app. What you buy carries into next month and never runs out, and your plan and price stay the same.

Do you hold my customers' payments?

No. On Operator a homeowner pays by card or bank into your own Stripe account, and FL Permit Pay never holds the money.

You connect your own Stripe payout account before a homeowner can pay you, and Stripe decides when that account is ready. No company has finished that on FL Permit Pay yet, so don’t buy a plan for this alone.
