    Define the planning area

    Name a manual area, choose its center, and set a radius from 1 to 500 miles.

  2. Step 2

    Compare saved coordinates

    FL Permit Pay checks jobs with stored coordinates against the circle. Jobs without coordinates cannot be matched.

  3. Step 3

    Review the nearest gaps

    Jobs missing a condition photo sort closest-first, so the biggest documentation gaps sit at the top of the list.

  4. Step 4

    Add condition photos

    A documented status requires a photo uploaded after Storm tracking began. Upload time does not prove pre-impact condition.

  5. Step 5

    Close out the review

    Managers clear the Storm record when the review is done, and can reopen it if more work turns up.
