A Florida job runs on dates somebody else sets. The county has a review clock. The Notice to Owner is due a set number of days after you start. Your license has a renewal date, and so does every certificate in the truck.
Without one record, a job ends up in five places: a CRM, the county portal, a folder of certificates, a text thread, and wherever the money is tracked. We built one job record that holds all of it, and we built it for one state so the software can work the dates out instead of asking you to type them.
The person we design for first is standing on a roof with a phone in one hand. If a screen does not work there, it does not ship.
