    Choose a mode

    Flat % is one rate. Commission mix combines gross, net, and oversight legs. Both run on hypothetical inputs.

  2. Step 2

    Enter the deals

    Add deal value and, when needed, gross profit, up to 100 what-if deals. Two example deals are loaded to start, and nothing is saved.

  3. Step 3

    Read the projection

    Review the projected amount for each row, the total, and the blended effective rate for that mix.
