How the work moves

Copy the starter without coupling the work.

The reusable definition and the resulting job remain separate records.

  1. Step 1

    Name the company starter

Create the trade or custom template your company intends to reuse. FL Permit Pay does not inject a trade scope list.

  2. Step 2

    Add your own scope lines

Store up to 100 item numbers and descriptions in the order your team expects. The template is not a priced proposal.

  3. Step 3

Choose it on a new job

Blank remains the default. Only an active template deliberately selected on New job is applied.

  4. Step 4

    Work from an independent copy

Every copied line starts at zero dollars. An optional template trade can fill the job work type only when that field is otherwise blank.
