Example workflowThe shipped plans desk on the Money side.

What the desk actually gives you.

Everything here is on the page today, on a phone as well as a desk.

  1. Step 1

    See what the customer sees

Open your customer's own signup page from their row and read it exactly as they will, without asking them for the code that was sent to their email. A plan nobody has been offered yet gets the same sheet as a preview. The start button is theirs, so it is never drawn for you.

  2. Step 2

Good, better, best on one page

Group plans into a set and a customer offered two or more of them picks between them side by side, each level with its own price and its own link, instead of reading three emails.

  3. Step 3

An agreement without a lawyer's afternoon

Ask Flori to draft the service agreement from what you actually do, then read it and edit it before it is attached to anything. A draft that reaches for legal claims you did not make is discarded rather than saved.

  4. Step 4

A price a customer agreed to cannot move under them

Editing a plan changes what you offer next. Everyone already paying keeps the deal they signed up for, and the page says so where you edit it.

  5. Step 5

It tells you the truth when it cannot read something

Seven separate reads build this page, and each one that fails hides only its own section and says why. A source that is down never renders as a brand-new account with nothing in it.

  6. Step 6

It hands the work to the route

A customer who starts paying is a stop that still needs a day. The page counts how many are waiting and sends you straight to the service route to give them one.

Turn the repeat work into a plan.

Name it, price it, and send the first link. You can read the page your customer gets before you send it to anybody.

Service plans ride the connected payments setup; connect Stripe once and every plan uses it.
