For contractors running several companies

Enterprise

Set the limits, data retention, onboarding, and support your company needs.

Design one commercial agreement around multiple companies and higher-volume operating requirements.

Custom quote

Base price, allowances, retention, onboarding, and support are negotiated together.

Included usage

What you get each month.

Read from the same price list the app bills from. Metered overage billing is not switched on yet, so going past one of these does not charge your card.

Limits set to your volume

Enterprise starts from how many companies and people you run, how much Flori, reports, texting and storage you use, how long you keep records, and the support you need. The agreement writes down each allowance and rate.

How much you can use and what you can use are two different things. Buying more of an allowance never switches a feature on. The list below is what this plan actually includes.

Available now

What Enterprise includes today.

A check means it works today. Anything still being built is listed on its own as planned.

  • Automated customer emailProposal delivery and e-signature codes email your homeowner on your behalf, on every plan.Writing to a homeowner yourself is a separate upgrade. See “Reply to customers from FL Permit Pay” below.

Published overages

The rate after the included amount.

Metered overage billing remains launch-gated, so going past an allowance does not charge your card yet. Nothing on this page starts a charge.

  • Developer API (read-only)Read your jobs, customers, and invoices from your own tools with an API key. Read-only today; Zapier stays on the roadmap.

In Enterprise, setup required

Enterprise carries these capabilities and they are built, but each one needs a step you take before it works for you. They get no included checkmark until it is done.

  • Setup required

    Collect homeowner payments online

You connect your own Stripe payout account before a homeowner can pay you, and Stripe decides when that account is ready. No company has finished that on FL Permit Pay yet, so don’t buy a plan for this alone.

Planned, not included today

These are being built for Enterprise. They get no check until they ship, so do not buy the plan for them.

  • Planned

    SSO (SAML / Google Workspace)

Centralize workforce authentication for a larger organization.

  • Planned

    Audit-log export

Export a reviewable operational history for governance and audits.

  • Planned

    Multi-company billing

Operate multiple companies under one negotiated commercial relationship.

  • Planned

SOC 2 path, DPA + custom retention

Negotiate governance, data-processing, and retention requirements.

  • Planned

    Dedicated support + four-hour SLA

A negotiated enterprise onboarding and support commitment.

Negotiated/ confirmed action

Enterprise

Set the limits together.

Bring your company count, your people, the usage you expect, how long you keep records and the support you need. The agreement writes every limit and rate down.
