In our own words
Most roofing companies are a phone number and a subcontractor. We are the people who show up, and the same person who prices your roof is the one who answers when you call about it.
Florida roofs fail in ways roofs elsewhere do not. Uplift at the ridge, water tracking under tile, a valley that was never flashed properly. We price from measurements rather than a walk-around guess, and we pull the permit before the crew arrives so nobody is standing on your roof waiting on paperwork.
If a repair will hold, we will tell you that instead of selling you a replacement.
