In our own words

We meter and document as we dry, every day, until the readings say dry rather than until it looks dry. The photographs and readings become a file your adjuster can actually follow.
We rebuild what we tore out, and we are a licensed contractor for the repair as well as the mitigation, so you are not handed off halfway.
