We set posts in concrete, lay pavers on a compacted base, and pour slabs that do not spider-crack in the first summer. None of that is glamorous and all of it is why the work is still straight in five years.
Property lines matter here. We work to the survey rather than to the neighbor's assumption, and we tell you before we build if what you want needs a variance.
